This policy explains what Deal and News (dealandnews.com) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
When you subscribe we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. To keep a record of your consent we also store the date and time, the page you signed up on, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the consent wording you agreed to, and the same details when you click the confirmation link.
How we use it
Only to send you the emails you asked for, to confirm your subscription, to keep proof of your consent, and to prevent abuse. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes promptly. We do not sell your personal information.
Confirmation
We use double opt-in: after you sign up we send one email asking you to confirm. If you do not confirm, we will not email you again.
Service providers
We use providers to host this website, to deliver email and to protect the signup form from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data from your browser). They process data only on our behalf.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The bot check may set what it needs to work.
How long we keep it
While you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-email list so that we never email you again, along with the consent record.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@dealandnews.com.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
